Reymar Boiled Octopus Tentacles
1/2 Mango
1 avocado
1 red onion
1 Lima
Chives to taste
Ginger to taste
Coriander to taste
Tablespoons:
3 Soy sauce
1 Sweet and Sour Sauce
Start by slicing the mango and avocado into generous chunks, making sure they are not overripe.
Cut the onion into thin slices.
Cut the octopus tentacles into small pieces.
Finally, chop the chives, coriander and ginger.
Squeeze the juice of a lime into a bowl and add the previously chopped ingredients.
Add the soy and bittersweet shot.
Wrap it up well and it's ready!
